We have a unique, caring and inclusive team who are delighted to be responsible for the care of Children and Young People from 5 days to 18 years old, across Hampshire. Our department has a 4 bedded High Dependency Unit and 22 inpatient beds. We have close links with our Paediatric Assessment Unit, Neonatal Unit, Children's Outpatient Department, Paediatric A&E and our Children's Community Nursing Teams as well as our regional Children's Hospital in Southampton. We promote strong interdepartmental and cross-site working relationships with both Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospital. You will be keen to promote clinical excellence as part of a highly motivated team. Open to newly qualified applicants and those qualifying in September 2024. With minimal supervision, be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, recognising individual patient needs.
