The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Transformation Programme Managers with large Transformation Programmes and the running of improvement events as well as having responsibility for their own smaller scale projects. We are happy to accommodate flexible working, there is a requirement for the post holder to be available to work on site at least 60% of their time. The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Transformation Programme Manager by: training, coaching and supporting employees in improvement methods running improvement projects supporting Transformation Programme Managers with large scale change programmes supporting the organisation to implement a continuous improvement approach providing teams with the support and tools to realise benefits analysing data and networking with diverse stakeholders, to produce compelling arguments for change communicating with a varied mixture of stakeholders from \"Ward to Board\" as well as external contacts The post holder will play a key role in helping us embed new ways of working across the Trust, support teams across the Turst to implement improvements, seeking to Improve Together.
