You will e nsure the delivery of a hig h quality service for Practice Plus Group patients by utilising resources whilst h elping with monitoring and evaluating the performance of operational staff by conducting regular audits . Assisting training of new operational staff and providing the Operations Manager with reports when needed. You will also cover the Driver position, youll chauffeur GPs and nurses to and from patients homes typically when theyre unable to see their usual clinician. This is not an emergency service and you will need to follow the normal rules of the road. It will be part of your role to ensure the safety of our clinicians and medical equipment, so you may be asked to escort them to the patients front door. Youll also be expected to keep vehicles appropriately maintained. This job is a Permanent Part Time position and we are looking for someone to work Approximately 18 hours a week o n a 3 week rolling rota . As we we are an OOH service you will be required to work unsociable hours.
