What to expect

8. Can you give an example of a situation where you had to convey important information to a patient? How did you approach it?

10. In what situations do you feel it is important to take the initiative, and can you provide an example?
11. What would you do if you were faced with a situation where you had to manage conflicting demands from several patients at the same time?
12. How do you prioritise your tasks when faced with multiple responsibilities in a busy reception area?
13. What do you believe are the key attributes of a successful receptionist in a medical practice?
14. How familiar are you with the procedures for handling patient data in line with GDPR guidelines?
15. Can you provide examples of your flexibility in working hours or covering for colleagues in past roles?
16. What do you think is the most important aspect of providing support to colleagues?
17. Do you have any questions about our practice or the team you would be working with?
