Key responsibilities include analysing performance indicators, formulating clinical development and risk mitigation plans, and supporting continuous clinician proficiency through education and development. Aligned with national frameworks in advanced clinical practice, this role focuses on the four pillars of advanced practice: expert clinical practice, clinical leadership, research and audit, and education.
