Be aware of and communicate both local and national health care campaign Provide support to colleagues, including resources on digital tools and systems About us The Digital Care Coordinator will support patients and colleagues in the use of digital healthcare technology, whilst providing administrative support to the PCN Team. You will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, whilst demonstrating an aptitude for digital resources. Competent using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
