The Digital Care Coordinator at The Grove Medical Centre in Sherborne will be responsible for enhancing patient access to digital healthcare resources while providing essential administrative support to the Primary Care Network (PCN) team, which includes local practices. This newly created role involves collaborating with colleagues to implement PCN projects, manage data, and support practices in effectively using clinical coding systems. The coordinator will also engage in finance-related tasks, utilize digital tools, and ensure compliance with both local and national healthcare initiatives.

Candidates for this role should possess strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and a full UK driving license, as the position requires travel between three practices. Working hours will range from 22.5 to 30 hours per week, with specific days and hours to be negotiated.
