11. What experience do you have in analysing quality performance data, particularly KPIs and CQUINs? Can you elaborate on a time you used data to influence decision-making?
12. What key elements do you believe should be included in a summary report for a Quality and Safety Committee?
13. Describe your leadership style. How do you motivate and support your team to focus on quality improvement?
14. How would you ensure that the culture within your team and across the ICS prioritises quality and patient safety?
15. What do you see as the most significant regulations and guidelines impacting clinical quality in the NHS? How do you stay updated with these developments?
16. Can you discuss your approach to implementing best practice evidence within service improvement processes?
17. Describe a situation where you faced resistance to change when implementing a quality improvement initiative. How did you manage to overcome this resistance?
18. How do you approach the escalation of quality and patient safety concerns, and what steps do you take to ensure timely resolution?
19. What are your long-term career aspirations, and how does the Clinical Quality Manager role align with these?
