The Clinical Quality Manager for NHS Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Board will play a key role in ensuring continuous quality improvement in health services across Birmingham and Solihull. The manager will monitor clinical quality performance, address gaps in service quality, and implement strategies for improvement by collaborating closely with healthcare providers. Responsibilities include reviewing patient experience data, leading quality assurance initiatives, and utilizing feedback mechanisms to enhance care delivery while ensuring patient safety and adherence to both national and local standards.

The role also involves regular communication with commissioned providers, attending and chairing meetings, and conducting quality assurance visits. Additionally, the manager will oversee the monitoring of compassionate care, escalate any quality concerns to senior leadership, and contribute to detailed reports for the Quality and Safety Committee.
