The department features 16 operating theatres, specialising in: Neurosurgery, Gynaecology, Maxillofacial Surgery, Trauma, Ophthalmology, Vascular Surgery and General Surgery. As a key member of our supportive team, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality care and fostering collaboration within a busy and diverse environment. To provide integrated clinical leadership to a team of nurses within the department in order to care for patients in the Operating Theatre environment to the highest possible standard and to develop practice with support from the Team Leader. To assume responsibility for the operational management of staff and resources in the absence of the Team Leader, taking a lead in a specific aspect of operational management in the Theatre setting.
