The Band 6 Theatre Scrub Practitioner role at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust in Romford is designed for a skilled nurse or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with significant neuro scrub experience. This fixed-term position offers the opportunity to take on a leadership role within a dynamic team across 16 operating theatres specializing in various surgical disciplines, including neurosurgery and general surgery. The practitioner will be responsible for providing integrated clinical leadership, supporting a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring high standards of patient care while managing resources in the absence of the Team Leader.
