OneMedical Group are looking for an Implementation/Mobilisation Manager on a fixed term 3 month contract to support mobilise the transition of a Primary Care contract in the South West of England. This role will be responsible for the management and coordination of all aspects of the transition including project management, relationship management, human resources, resource management, financial accountability, monitoring and evaluation. You will need to be a driven and dynamic team player who has proven ability to work independently to support and influence project implementation and deliver success through the production of accessible plans, reports, papers and management information. About us What you'll work on Workwith our NHS Services team, Executive team and commissioners, and co-ordinate the mobilisation of services from one provider to another in an allocated timescale; Responsible for managing the full mobilisation planfocusing on the staff transfer process; Responsible for transitioning the contract to manage the expectations of staff pre & post transfer as well as change management; Supporting the re-organisational changes in conjunction with the proposed new staffing solution to meet the needs of the end user; Managing the budget within the defined cost envelope of the service specification and introducing additional bespoke solutions for the same cost while enabling better access to clients; Improving service delivery across health care and allowing for better outcomes for patients; If youre ready to take on thischallenging and rewarding role in healthcare mobilization, wed love to hear from you!
