Act as the source of specialist advice and guidance in relation to the Learning Management System. Responsible for the system configuration, design, personalisation of the Learning Management System. Act as the specialist when working with colleagues to develop competency and learning pathways. Provide guidance and support to colleagues across the organisation in the use of the Learning Management System. 1. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure training meets Trust and NHS policies, and legislation where appropriate. 2. Provide expert advice specifically in relation to the LMS, its use, development and ongoing requirements. 3. Analyse and identify training need to ensure that learning pathways are created and link directly to individual roles and specialisms. 4. Provide LMS system training to appropriate stakeholders to ensure the organisation can utilise the LMS effectively and efficiently. "}
