To contribute to the wider development of the ICT training service through active participation in working parties, committees and audits.
- Responsible for the design, personalisation of the LMS, including the design of competency frameworks on the LMS and the ongoing development of the system to ensure value for money.
- Responsible for working with colleagues cross technical specialist services e.g. ICT/ESR to ensure the LMS links effectively to other systems within the organisation.
- Responsible for the reporting management information as required and on a formal basis to Trust Board and other appropriate governing committees.
- Responsible for the introduction of a one-stop help facility for the LMS, including How To guides that are fully accessible for all. Supporting users who may have additional support needs to be able to be successful in role.
- Responsible for designing, ongoing accuracy and updating of standard operating procedures and instructions for the technical management, design and use of the LMS.
- Responsible for accurately maintaining records of SoPs as appropriate in line with Information Governance requirements.

Act as the source of specialist advice and guidance in relation to the Learning Management System.
Responsible for the system configuration, design, personalisation of the Learning Management System.
Act as the specialist when working with colleagues to develop competency and learning pathways.
Provide guidance and support to colleagues across the organisation in the use of the Learning Management System.
1. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure training meets Trust and NHS policies, and legislation where appropriate.
2. Provide expert advice specifically in relation to the LMS, its use, development and ongoing requirements.
3. Analyse and identify training need to ensure that learning pathways are created and link directly to individual roles and specialisms.
4. Provide LMS system training to appropriate stakeholders to ensure the organisation can utilise the LMS effectively and efficiently.
