We are looking for physiotherapists to work closely with Brent Adult Social Care colleagues working with Reablement to deliver world class reablement to Brent residents. This is a great opportunity to experience truly integrated working in a supportive environment to provide high quality patient centred care in the community. Previous applicants who applied and were unsuccessful need not apply for the role as your application will not be considered Applicants should have a relevant professional qualification and clinical experience working in community rehab. You will be provided with learning opportunities, support to develop your skills including clinical supervision, appraisals and training, as well as career development.
