Pay Rate:  £15-16 per hour Working Hours: 3 x 6 hour shifts per week (Weekdays & Saturday)   Key Responsibilities: Engaging with personalised routines inclusive of hoists. Completing daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility. Administering medication and monitoring health conditions. Providing emotional support and companionship. Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions. Collaborating with a range of healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care. To be able to deal with challenging behaviours. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
