We have an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Female Brain Injury Support Worker to join our team in Redditch, Worcestershire. Our client is in her early twenties and has significant loss of her peripheral vision, executive function difficulties as well as anxiety and low moods. She does also have Cerebral Palsy.
The successful applicant must have a UK driver's license and have access to a vehicle as well as experience with Brain Injury and Cerebral Palsy. Key responsibilities include engaging with personalised routines inclusive of hoists, completing daily living activities, administering medication, providing emotional support, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires previous experience in a similar complex care role, the ability to deal with challenging behaviours, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
