People who present behaviours of concern and are at risk of hospital admission. People with a Learning Disability who require optimisation of their medication in line with the national Stopping Overmedication of People with Learning Disability and/or Autism (STOMP) agenda. People with a learning disability and mental health problems whose needs cannot be met by other services with reasonable adjustments. People with a learning disability and autism whose needs cannot be met by other services with reasonable adjustments. People with a learning disability and dementia whose needs cannot be met by other services with reasonable adjustments. The Current Team comprises of the following Professional Groups: Consultant Psychiatrist Specialty Doctor (Vacant) Resident Doctor (CT1-3) 2 Physician Associates 1 General Manager 1 Service Manager 1 Advanced Clinical Practitioner trainee Clinical Pathway Lead (Matron) Community Nurses Psychologists Allied Health Professionals including Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists. Support Workers Administrative staff There are no doctors currently in training within the service, however there are plans being made to develop training posts.
