People who present behaviours of concern and are at risk of hospital admission. People with a learning disability and mental health problems whose needs cannot be met by other services with reasonable adjustments. The Current Team comprises of the following Professional Groups: Consultant Psychiatrist Specialty Doctor (Vacant) Resident Doctor (CT1-3) 2 Physician Associates 1 General Manager 1 Service Manager 1 Advanced Clinical Practitioner trainee Clinical Pathway Lead (Matron) Community Nurses Psychologists Allied Health Professionals including Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists.
