The Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Fellow in Learning Disabilities on a fixed-term contract. This role focuses on delivering health and well-being outcomes for specific groups, including individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities, those who exhibit concerning behaviors, and patients requiring medication optimisation according to national guidelines. The position involves working within a multidisciplinary team, comprising various health professionals such as a Consultant Psychiatrist, psychologists, nurses, and allied health professionals, to support individuals whose needs cannot be met by other services.
