Across the trust the care of gastroenterologyinpatients is centralised at the Lister site with consultants currently involved in a 1 in 12 GI bleeding rota which incorporates a 24/7 bleed service and some routine endoscopy at weekends whilst on-call. The post does not include a regular commitment to the general medical on-call rota but please note the pandemic has meantsome involvement in general medical care of patients.
