Handling high volumes of telephone calls and providing excellent customer service when booking appointments and responding to inquiries. Prioritising urgent referrals and directing patients to the appropriate services following established protocols. Managing and processing confidential patient information accurately, including data input and maintaining secure records. Regularly using databases and IT tools (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) to produce documents and manage patient information. Supporting the Administration Manager in maintaining operational efficiency, including managing waiting lists and monitoring mailboxes.
