Demonstrate excellent understanding of the Change Framework, promoting awareness of and adherence to the process within the team About us As Dev Team Lead/Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing the application development team within Northumbria Healthcare Trust delivering on a range of systems with the Digital Services department. This will include the management of Backend and Frontenddevelopers and you will be expected to have deep technical knowledge and experience. You will have experience of working in a development environment and either experience of a similar role or being a senior developer/senior QA tester/product manager looking to move in to dev team leadership. Your primary focus is to provide leadership and line management to developers who are working on new projects and supporting existing services. You will work collaboratively to define common approaches to application development and integration and ensure development standards are documented and maintained by the team. Within your role, you will be developing the teams' adoption of agile ways of working alongside, Product Owners, Project Managers, and Business Analysts. You will be successful in supporting teams to adopt new tools and approaches to development and continue to change as theorganisation expands its portfolio of internally developed systems.
