The role of a Support Worker is pivotal to the safe and effective delivery of mental health services, supporting on the delivery of care packages and the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of the individuals using our services. This will include providing emotional support, assisting with activities of daily living and advocating for the individuals who use our services. The role is also imperative to ensuring that working practices are safe and effective, through implementation of risk management plans, supervision, continuous professional development and reflection. Our services operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
