Your role will include safeguarding responsibility and you will work in partnership with colleagues from both statutory and voluntary agencies to actively promote and develop a more integrated 0-19 Public Health System. You will be based within a multi-disciplinary team in Derby City. As a Public Health Nurse you will demonstrate good leadership skills, be committed to developing your own practice and that of others. You must be receptive and responsive to change and be willing to adopt and evaluate different ways of working and leading the development of more integrated systems, processes and practice.
