MULTI-DISCIPLINARY NHS
The Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse for its School Nursing service in Derby. The role involves providing high-quality healthcare to children and families, working within a multi-disciplinary team and utilizing an evidence-based framework known as The Lancaster Model. Candidates should possess an SCPHN qualification, strong leadership qualities, and a commitment to improving health outcomes. Responsibilities include assessing health needs, safeguarding, and collaborating with various agencies to promote an integrated public health system for those aged 0-19.
