Additionally, you should have experience in specialist assessment, intervention, and treatment evaluation for LDA service users, as well as a track record of managing complex caseloads and engaging with multi-disciplinary clinicians and service users. A secondment opportunity is available for current SLaM and Oxleas employees provided you have your line manager's approval. Leading behaviour support for LDA service users before and during the reduction or optimisation of psychotropic drugs. Engaging with key team members, stakeholders, LDA service users, their carers, and GPs to facilitate relevant treatment plans, policies, and interventions. Embedding audit and training programs to improve the competencies of primary care network clinicians in STOMP and behavioral management. Receiving clinical supervision from the Clinical Director for Adult Learning Disabilities Services (Oxleas) for BBG work and the Consultant Psychologist (MHLD, SLaM) for LSL work.
