The successful applicant will work within the Flying Start Health Visiting and generic team undertaking delegated tasks with appropriate supervision from a Health Visitor or Assistant Practitioner. The successful candidate will deliver a range of preventative services for children and their families, with an aim to achieve equity of health outcomes, following the Flying Start Core programmer and Health Child Wales Programme (HCWP) and the Social Services and Wellbeing Act and Childcare, Play and Early Years Workforce plan. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
