The role of Senior Health Care Support Worker - Health Visiting in Flying Start Cardiff involves working within the Health Visiting team to deliver preventative services to children and young people, guided by needs assessments conducted by Registered Practitioners. The position aims to promote equity in health and wellbeing outcomes through adherence to the Health Child Wales Programme (HCWP) and the Social Services and Wellbeing Act.

The successful candidate will undertake delegated tasks under the supervision of a Health Visitor or Assistant Practitioner and provide a variety of preventative services to families. Fluency in Welsh is desirable, but candidates who speak English or Welsh are encouraged to apply.
