What to expect

8. How do you stay informed about best practices and new developments in community nursing, particularly for paediatric care?
9. What measures do you think are necessary to ensure equity and access to PATCH services for the paediatric population across NW London?
10. Can you share an experience where you addressed disparities in healthcare access or outcomes within a community?
11. How do you promote a culture of compassion and care within your team, particularly during high-pressure situations?
12. What strategies do you use to ensure that patient feedback is effectively gathered and incorporated into service improvements?
