The role of "PATCH Matron North West London" with Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust involves leading a dedicated team that provides assessment and treatment for children at home within the urgent and emergency care settings in NW London. The Matron will collaborate closely with local PATCH team leads and various multidisciplinary team members to oversee service delivery, ensure high-quality individualized care, and maintain nursing standards.
