The post-holder will assist with general queries and provide support to a wide range of stakeholders across the Trust, in an effective, confidential and professional manor. The proposed interview date is 11th November Key Results Areas - Support the Manager in developing the system to be utilised across all departments and staff groups across the Trust. - As directed by the senior team, provide support and advice to designated users of the system to ensure that ESR is maintained to meet the needs of the Trust, divisional leads and external bodies. - Use automated inputting software to update ESR as directed. - Provide ongoing general advice and support to staff. These tasks may be carried out by telephone, face to face, virtually and email. - Monitor progress and report on progress and problems regularly to senior members of the team. - Support the Training System and ESR Self Service Manager with processes to ensure that the system is set up to meet the requirements of GHNHSFT and external assessors (i.e., CQC). - Disseminate reports and develop reporting processes to meet the requirement of end users and the Trust. - Ensure that data checking processes are undertaken as appropriate to maintain the integrity of all data at all times. - Adapt work streams as and when required, including the prioritisation of tasks, to meet the needs of the department and the Trust. - Assist in any other tasks required to achieve the Team objectives. - Provide assistance to the wider Team as and when required.
