The post-holder will provide support to the Training Systems and ESR Self service team. This will include assisting the Training Systems Manager and ESR Self service Manager in supporting the processes and data inputting of their respective areas within ESR. The post-holder will assist with general queries and provide support to a wide range of stakeholders across the Trust, in an effective, confidential and professional manor. The post-holder will also assist in tasks to meet the Team and Trust objectives.

Key Results Areas
- Support the Manager in developing the system to be utilised across all departments and staff groups across the Trust.
- As directed by the senior team, provide support and advice to designated users of the system to ensure that ESR is maintained to meet the needs of the Trust, divisional leads and external bodies.
- Use automated inputting software to update ESR as directed.
- Provide ongoing general advice and support to staff. These tasks may be carried out by telephone, face to face, virtually and email.
- Monitor progress and report on progress and problems regularly to senior members of the team.
