The successful applicant will join an integrated team of 21 (19 NHS including neonatal transport and 2 Academic) Consultants, 1 Associate specialist, 2 Specialty doctors and 12 middle grade Trainees including neonatal grid and SPIN trainees providing neonatal care within Nottingham. The post will be based at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. The post is suitable for either an experienced Neonatologist with a CCT in Paediatrics (Neonatal Medicine) or equivalent or a senior trainee within 6 months of CCT in Paediatrics (Neonatal Medicine) or equivalent. To understand the role in more detail, please read the attached job description and person specification documents. The appointee will have appropriate experience in neonatology and will either have a CCST/CCT in Paediatrics (Neonatal Medicine) or be within 6 months of CCT or equivalent. The position is full time or maximum part-time; part-time applicants will be considered. About us As one service, both campuses of the Nottingham Neonatal Service share staff, guidelines, education, clinical research and clinical governance. Nottingham Neonatal Service continues to enjoy an excellent reputation amongst the neonatal nurses.
