Development & Delivery of Specialist Psychological Services Tailored Support for IBPS Beneficiaries: The post holder will be responsible for designing, implementing, overseeing a specialized psychological support service to meet the specific needs of IBPS beneficiaries. This will involve understanding the unique psychological and emotional impacts of the inquiry on those infected and affected, and developing services that can address these needs. Psychological Services for Haemophilia Patients: In addition to IBPS beneficiaries, the post holder will provide psychological support for patients within the Haemophilia Centre who are living with haemophilia and other related bleeding disorders. Psychological Support Services In-Person and Remote Support: The role includes delivering psychological support both in-person and via remote platforms , ensuring accessibility for patients wherever they are located. This will involve managing patient pathways and referrals, coordinating the care journey for each individual to ensure they receive the appropriate level of psychological support. Person-Centered Assessments and Treatment: Comprehensive psychological formulations to guide treatment.
