The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach, be able to work on their own initiative and bring a positive attitude to working in a team. The role includes face to face interaction with service users. They will an excellent telephone manner to deal with the wide range of queries presenting on a day to day basis. They will be required to carry out admin/clerical duties which form an important and much valued part of the running of the organisation. The successful candidate will be required to work at reception and on telephones, actioning the various enquiries from service users and other visitors. You will be expected to undertake clerical work such as, patient registrations, documents processing, data entry to name but a few. About us To provide receptionist/administrative service in an efficient manner for all patients and visitors to the Practice, in order to facilitate effective access to healthcare for patients. To promote a helpful and supportive image of the practice at all times in line with the Practices commitment to the highest possible standards of patient care.
