Display Harmful sexual behaviour. You will be well supported by and will receive regular clinical supervision with the CAMHS Service Wide Clinical Lead Speech and Language Therapist, along with support from the specialist and senior colleagues within the MDT. The Head2Head Team provide an Outreach Model for our CYP across Nottinghamshire inducing Nottingham City, seeing the CYP at home, education setting, and/or the clinic with opportunities for some remote and flexible working. You will be contributing to a multi-disciplinary service supporting children and young people accessing CAMHS. This will include: Carrying out individual Speech and Language Therapy assessments and produce reports and recommendations for implementing communication reasonable adjustments Providing specific speech and language therapy interventions to individuals where appropriate Liaison and advice with families, carers, and health care colleagues in how to support CYP with SLCN with/without neurodevelopmental differences in order to facilitate reasonable adjustments and increased access to services. SLTs in CAMHS are a core part of the multi-disciplinary team, supporting the understanding of the patients communication needs, contributing towards neurodiversity diagnostic assessment and writing neuro-affirming reports, using a neuro affirmative approach to support individuals and people in their lives to understand their neurodevelopmental and communication differences.
