To book meetings and appointments for managers and clinicians, including finding and booking venues and liaise directly with other attendees at meetings/events. To provide the OpCourage team with support, focusing on administration, new processes and data entry relating to the psychology pathway. o To enter all MDT notes into the corresponding record and enter MDT contact.o Complete any follow up administrative action after MDT, including issuing welcome letters.o To enter all relevant data on the psychology tracker, from PCMIS.o Book in consultations between case managers and therapists.o Participate and minute all OpC team meetings, full team meetings and minute all psychology meetings.o Take minutes of meetings as directed by the Administration Manager, which will include sensitive content and at times distressing content.o Participate in the admin team meetings, sharing insight and expertise tobenefit the whole admin team and both Veteran services.o Issue appointment letters and reminders texts reminderso Support OpC staff in utilising the full capabilities of the clinical system PCMIS.o To ensure that the code of confidentiality is maintained at all times.
