The successful candidate will be key to maintaining service delivery and moving the service and team forward to meet the needs of the communities within the area. The successful candidate will require good communication and leadership skills. Alongside the exciting transformation work that is happening within urgent care services , the clinical team manager will be leading on staff development , KPI's and operational management of staff within the service.
