Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Manager for the North Intensive Home Treatment Team in Stockton-On-Tees, to cover a 12-month maternity leave. This role plays a critical part in the ongoing transformation of DTVF Urgent Care Services, focusing on maintaining service delivery and advancing team objectives to better serve the community. The candidate will need strong communication and leadership skills, as they will oversee staff development, manage operational KPIs, and ensure robust support through supervision and training opportunities.

Ideal applicants should be registered mental health nurses, occupational therapists, or social workers with experience in mental health settings. The position requires a compassionate and inclusive approach, with a focus on collaborative care.
