The post holder will be responsible for: Planning the work of the Training and deployment team, setting out the priorities for the team aligned to business requirements. The post holder will be working in a matrix fashion across the whole of Data and Analytics Change management to improve the service to users. Preparation of products for deployment and post deployment of into the system; supporting product teams through the process: Transition and Exit as required. Help teams to manage & visualise outcomes, priorities work and work to agreed minimum viable product, print and scope. Identifying improvements and user requirements, planning work to improve our service to users. Delivering, planning, & evaluating the delivery of workshops to users of FDP. Reporting of benefits, usage progress of FDP & products. Ensuring best practice identifying and comparing best process or delivery methods, leading the team to adopt the best approach. Working in an agile project way, adaptable, plans own work. Establish strong working relationships with senior stakeholders and system leads. Advocating the work of the D&A team and ensuring organisational buy-in is secured system-wide. Explaining complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders with a focus on business benefit. Contribute to all necessary business returns, including planning and workforce returns. Ensuring compliance and adherence for products with Accessibility requirements. Develop and implement systems to ensure information is properly managed and best practice is shared across the team, Directorate, and the wider NHS organisations.
