Provision of expert clinical pharmacy services in accordance with Trust requirements to in-patients, including: personal delivery of expert clinical pharmacy, provision of expert advice at a policy and individual patient care level, provision of leadership, clinical supervision and mentorship to other pharmacists, technicians and assistants, provision of pharmaceutical advice to divisional teams To lead, organise, manage and develop services provided by the team To work closely with the Deputy Chief Pharmacist and Chief Technician to ensure optimal team performance, staff distribution and service delivery. Work with the other Lead and Consultant Pharmacists to ensure there is expert pharmacy support for all specialities.
