The Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist - Surgery Team Lead to join their progressive pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will possess significant clinical pharmacy experience and a postgraduate qualification, demonstrating strong communication and organisational skills. The role focuses on delivering expert clinical pharmacy services to in-patients, providing leadership and mentorship to fellow pharmacists and technicians, and ensuring high standards of pharmaceutical care through collaboration with other professionals. The successful applicant will also lead service development initiatives and participate in audits and clinical trials, contributing to the overall growth and effectiveness of the surgical pharmacy team.

In this role, the Team Lead will work closely with the Deputy Chief Pharmacist and Chief Technician to optimize team performance and service delivery, while supporting the shared goal of providing exceptional patient care.
