9. What strategies do you use to communicate sensitive information to patients?
10. How do you see your role contributing to the overall efficiency of the outpatient team?
11. Can you provide an example of when you took the initiative to improve a process or service in your previous jobs?
12. How do you manage interpersonal relationships within a team, especially when working under pressure?
13. This role requires working flexibly, including managing service needs during weekends or bank holidays. How do you feel about this?
14. Describe a time you had to adapt to a significant change in your work environment or responsibilities. How did you handle it?
15. What is your understanding of the importance of adhering to Trust guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures in a medical setting?
16. How would you ensure that patient records are kept up to date and in accordance with Trust Policy?
17. What steps do you take to maintain your knowledge and competencies in medical administration?
18. Are you willing to undertake further training associated with the role, including any specific to Referral To Treatment (RTT) modules?
19. What do you consider the most challenging aspect of working as a medical administrator, and how would you approach that challenge?
