The post holder will be accountable for the administrative performance of this service as well as supporting the wider Directorate. The post holder will be responsible for implementing, coordinating and ensuring robust administrative processes exist across within the Pre-Operative Assessment service, ensuring KPIs are met. The post holder will act as an interface between the clinical staff, management, admin staff, other staff within the Trust, external stakeholders and patients and their families / carers.
