An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Pre-Operative Assessment department as a receptionist Administrator. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and positive team player. The candidate will need to have experience of working in an administrative setting. Excellent leadership skills and good communication skills are essential.
The post holder will be accountable for the administrative performance of this service as well as supporting the wider Directorate. The post holder will be responsible for implementing, coordinating and ensuring robust administrative processes exist across within the Pre-Operative Assessment service, ensuring KPIs are met. The post holder will act as an interface between the clinical staff, management, admin staff, other staff within the Trust, external stakeholders and patients and their families / carers. The post holder must be able to organise their own workload within defined guidelines. Please tailor your application to the Job Description provided.

- The Administrator/Receptionist will be responsible for delivering efficient reception and administrative services to the POA Clinic.
- This role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the POA department, managing and prioritising tasks while coordinating closely with other administration staff and management.
- Additionally, the Administrator/Receptionist will offer administrative assistance to the wider multidisciplinary team, including Consultants, ensuring smooth and effective operations within the clinic.
