As the Deputy Head of Education for Driving Education, you will lead the driving education team, working across divisions to develop resources and drive improvements in driving standards. You will collaborate with the Fleet Manager and both National and Local accident reduction groups to ensure the effective design, implementation, and evaluation of accident reduction programmes. Your leadership will be key in ensuring EMAS maintains a strong focus on road safety and operational efficiency. Please note: This is a two-year fixed term or secondment position. Ensuring the operational workforce operates within a safe and legal framework, compliant with current legislation and Trust policies. Promoting the role and importance of driving standards and education within the Trust.
