The post holder will perform a critical role of coordinating the Trust's vehicles (DCA and SRV) to ensure the project lifecycle is fulfilled, deadlines are met, and late implementation fees are avoided with the familiarisation of the new MDVS system using vehicles that have had the system installed, organising small groups or individuals to complete familiarisation sign-off at MRCs/Station's/VPP's; Day to day the post holder would quality check, test and deliver a newly installed vehicle from the installation site to the home location (MRC's etc). Once on site would then proceed with familiarisation of the new system using supplied training equipment to crews/staff as needed and encourage sign off via the clinical education portal. You would be the point of contact at stations for any guidance, concerns and advice. Some duties of the MDVS Logistics manager would also need to be covered as and when needed. About us You will also: Develop and foster relationships with the key personnel in the Trust to ensure project deliverables are met. Take responsibility for area of work, make decisions and report to management level as required. Assist moving vehicles throughout the SECAmb area to and from ambulance stations, outside contractors and workshops ensuring all relevant documentation is completed, and vehicles are fit and ready for movement.
