Working alongside the Directorate Managers & Clinical Directors, you will provide a highly visible & supportive presence inspiring the professional development of nursing whilst ensuring the delivery of high quality, safe patient care across all areas within the Division. The CDC will be a brand new service coming on line so an exciting time to be joining the team in a leadership role. So an individual who thrives on change and service development and passionate about patient and staff care. We would like applications from individuals with proven clinical leadership skills as well as experience of working in endoscopy. Also knowledge of the JAG accreditation process is essential.
