The University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Matron in the Medicine Division (Band 8a) for a 12-month position. This leadership role involves overseeing the Endoscopy Service and working across multiple sites, including Royal Stoke and County, as well as the new Clinical Diagnostic Centre set to open in 2025. The successful candidate will collaborate with Directorate Managers and Clinical Directors to promote professional development in nursing and ensure high-quality, safe patient care across the division.

Candidates should possess proven clinical leadership skills, experience in endoscopy, and knowledge of the JAG accreditation process. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader focused on enhancing patient and staff care while contributing to service development in a changing environment.
