Conduct GP appraisals and critically analyse clinical work to identify areas for development. Monitor the fulfilment of GP work plans and ensure adherence to GMC and organisational performance standards. Implement organisational policies to enhance clinical governance and support clinical teams. Provide mentorship and support to GPs, addressing concerns and promoting professional growth.
